This page describes how the website behaves as it stands today.
What happens with the contact form
When you press 'Send enquiry', the details you entered (name, email, optional phone, area, budget, message and, if you started from a property, its reference) are sent to the BAUS PROPERTY team and recorded in its internal enquiry management system (CRM).
They are recorded solely so that your enquiry can be reviewed and handled and so we can get back to you. Only the authorised team has access.
The website does not send you any automated email; the confirmation shown on screen means the enquiry has been recorded.
Local storage
Form details are not stored in your browser and are not sent to analytics tools. They stay on the page until you leave or reload it.
Analytics and trackers
No analytics or advertising tracking tools are used. No marketing or profiling cookies are placed.
Published properties
Properties and photographs shown here come from the BAUS PROPERTY management system and include only material approved for publication.
External requests and hosting
Fonts are served from this website itself, so browsing does not send requests to external font services.
As with any website, the hosting provider processes technical connection data (such as IP address and file requests) in order to deliver the pages to you.
Third-party links
The site links to other BAUS websites. Their own terms apply there.
